III. Treasurer’s report: Copies of balance sheet and budget sheet passed out, reviewed. A motion was made and seconded to approve the treasurer’s report, the motion passed.

IV. Old Business:

1. Membership: There are 28 families out of 64 players that have paid dues with 29 players. 17 varsity out of 26, 6 JVA out of 18 and 6 JVB out of 19.
   We need more members, Suzanna offered to print more membership applications and take them to the next game. It was discussed that maybe next year booster club consider discounting banquet tickets as part of a membership level. Arnie Castro will pass out event calendars to JVB team. David will ask Joe (webmaster) to put a thank you on the website to families that have joined.
2. Homecoming: Tom Fields is going to make a sign thanking families that have joined booster club to put up at Homecoming game. We will also have a table set up to advertise for membership at the game. David will send an email reminding everyone to bring their checkbooks. Arnie will do membership at the JVA game.
   Homecoming game is this Friday. Matt Grimaldi will sing the National Anthem. David will announce the teams. All players/families asked to join at Fuddruckers after Varsity game.
3. Spring Fundraiser: Mike reported that they are working on organizing the car wash at Goodwill. Tickets will be printed with boys’ last names. Tickets passed out Monday 2-23 and need to be returned on 3-5. Car wash is on 3-7. Plans still in the works. The team that sells the most tickets gets to pick their shift to work. Flyers will be made to put on cars in the Randalls parking lot during the car wash hours. Tom offered to bring grill to sell sausage wraps. David will check on this but canned/bottled drinks are ok. Mike will be responsible for adult sign ups to supervise.
4. Senior pictures: Suzanna reports that only one family has turned in pictures for the senior slide show at the banquet.
5. Concessions: Tom reports that sales are $250 below from this time last year. Lisa had more hot chocolate sales last year because we had colder weather. Hopefully a home playoff game will help. Tom says there are 2 tentative volunteers for concessions next year.
6. Officer Elections: Nominations are open through March 25 th meeting. Please contact David Luttrell for nominations. We need more underclassmen parent involvement. Maybe an underclassmen VP so they can learn the ropes before taking over after next year. It was suggested that we have flyers at the next orientation.
7. Banquet: The banquet is set for April 16 from 6:30-9:30. Players and coaches eat free. Tickets are $14.95. Anyone is welcome to come, dates, grandparents, siblings, etc.. Please download the order form from the booster website and mail to David Luttrell. We need volunteers to help decorate before the banquet starts. We also need people to bring desserts. David will send out email reminders.
8. Other: David will check with Josh Specht about team pictures for the yearbook.
9. Minutes: The minutes from last meeting were reviewed and amended. A motion was made and seconded to approve the minutes, the motion passed. A corrected version will be posted on website.

1. Scholarships: We need chairperson. Lisa Fields volunteered per Tom, Susan Lisheron and Marisela Delgado will also help. David will contact Mrs. Holcomb and Mrs. Huus about the scholarships they award each year. Information will be available on the booster website.
2. Tom Fields asked if we could have a concession coordinator as an officer. David says the by laws would have to be changed for that and it would have to be on the agenda and approved by Mr. Kane.
3. Susan would like to make a motion to delete the old, unused Bowie Boys Booster Yahoo Group. The motion was seconded and passed.
4. It was asked that the minutes be posted on the website. Terrie will send minutes to the webmaster for this.
5. David mentioned to group that the girls soccer team asked that we have a link to them on our website.
